    I haven't done it yet but have all the goodies on order as I write this.  Wife will be on a cruise first week in March so I can experiment unnoticed.  I'm told it only lasts a few days before being absorbed.  I've ordered 2L of sterile saline and will use 18 ga needles.  I don't want it to take all day!  Instead of a gravity feed, I've opted for a squeezable bag that will let me use pressure (carefully) to do the infusion.  Also, while I've seen lots of vids using only 1 injection site, the scrotum is actually 2 parts, separated by a wall.  So I'll infuse 1 side with 500 ml, then use a site on the other side for the remaining 500 ml.  I hope, as a first timer I can accommodate a whole litre.  I just love that look of a super swollen sac.  Keep everything sterile. Don't stab the epididymis or a testicle.
